Job Title: QA/QC Engineer (MEP Systems)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage QA/QC procedures for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical)
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards
• Prepare and review inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and QA/QC documentation
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and local authorities (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, DCD, etc.)
• Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken timely
• Maintain records of testing, inspections, material approvals, and progress reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 8-12 years of UAE-based MEP experience with QA/QC expertise
• Knowledge of UAE codes, international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC), and authority requirements
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and site execution
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
• Certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, QA/QC, or PMP are a plus
