Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in mechanical design, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the mechanical design and engineering activities for oil & gas projects.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations for mechanical systems.
• Perform design and analysis of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, pressure vessels, pumps, and compressors.
• Provide input during the FEED phase of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct design reviews, technical evaluations, and provide support during procurement and construction phases.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during design and project execution.
• Ensure all mechanical designs adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Participate in project meetings, liaising with clients, vendors, and contractors as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, FEED, and project execution.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
