Job summary

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D mechanical models using BIM software to ensure accurate representation of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
Collaborate closely with architects and structural engineers to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building designs.
Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve potential conflicts in the design prior to construction.
Generate and maintain accurate documentation, including equipment schedules and installation details, for project stakeholders.
