The Mechanical BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards. This role involves active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to design and coordinate mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, while ensuring seamless integration across all building systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 3 years in BIM modeling and coordination.
Experience with GCC projects, preferably in healthcare, residential, commercial, hospitality, and/or institutional design sectors.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Mechanical discipline), AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
Knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, and regulations.
Familiarity with clash detection and resolution processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit is preferred.
Membership in professional organizations such as ASHRAE or CIBSE is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
