Job summary

Emirates Logistics L.L.C. is seeking a mechanic to diagnose and repair lorries and related equipment in a service-oriented workshop in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on accurate diagnostics, adherence to safety standards, and timely maintenance tasks in a hands-on environment.

The candidate will inspect components, create repair quotes, maintain logs, and monitor inventory. English proficiency is required for client communications, with regular monthly wages and accompanying benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum credentials include SSC or vocational training.
• Extensive understanding of lorry diagnostic tools and mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lorries and/or equipment to diagnose and repair issues.
• Consult with clients to understand their concerns and identify problems.
• Assemble mechanical parts according to specifications.
• Prepare quotes for repairs as requested.
• Inspect machines and run diagnostic tests to find performance issues.
• Follow the maintenance schedule for all upkeep tasks and upgrades.
• Keep logs of repairs and maintenance work.
• Monitor inventory and order replacements when needed.
• Maintain and clean garage tools to keep them safe and functional.
• Follow company safety guidelines.

Summary
