Job description

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, brake adjustments, tire rotations, and

other services.

• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment, determining the best course of action for

• Repair and replace faulty parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventive measures.

• Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed.

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining diagnoses, repair options, and costs.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through continuous learning and

training.

KPI’s

• Defect and rework Rate to be <2%

• Vehicle Serviced as per time frame (Number to be defined by LM)

Desired Candidate Profile

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in automotive repair is preferred.

• Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role.

• Certification from a recognized automotive organization is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with qualitative and/or quantitative

productivity standards.

• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the company standards.

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor for extended periods.

• Comfortable working in various positions, including standing, bending, and kneeling.
