Job summary

International SOS in Dubai is seeking a Regional Security Partner – Middle East to lead security, crisis and resilience consulting, and managed services across the region. You will drive revenue growth, work with Business Development and Key Account teams to win new logos, and ensure high-quality delivery of security solutions from risk assessment to travel security policy.

The role requires 3-5 years in security, a Bachelor’s degree, strong client engagement, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience in security (corporate, consulting, military, police, NGO, disaster management or relevant field).
• Crisis Management, Travel Risk Management, Security planning, BCP expertise.
• Client management experience.
• Business development related experience advantageous.
• Extensive international travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Managers and Account Managers to retain and strengthen partnerships with clients.
• Act as security partner in the Middle East to win significant new logos and strengthen current partnerships.
• Ensure high quality delivery of security consulting solutions across Middle East including risk assessment, crisis management, event security, and travel security policy.
• Collaborate with Consulting Practices to identify and scope opportunities and design solutions.
• Participate in regional planning to drive growth of strategic accounts.
