Job summary

CooperSurgical Medical Devices is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to grow the business across Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa. The role focuses on channel partner management, contract and pricing strategy, and development of a KOL and education network to support our gynecology portfolio.

The position is field-based 60-70% of the time, with ideal candidates located in Dubai or Turkey, and requires travel to partner sites and customer locations to drive sales and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with Channel Partners management.
• Tactical, structured and goal-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth via Channel Partners.
• Lead, develop and manage the goals, KPI training and activities with distributors.
• Manage and renew contracts and pricing.
• Establish and maintain a network of KOLs, training and excellence centers to support education and promotion of our clinical portfolio within Gyn/Obst.
• Act as an ambassador for compliance, quality, health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customer content solutions for tough challenges.
