Purpose of the job
The Manager, International Contract Marketing & Program Management, is responsible for adapting MillerKnoll's global strategies to the regional context to increase awareness and preference for MillerKnoll and its brands within target Contract segments through campaigns and programs. This role specializes in planning, managing, and executing contract marketing programs for the Middle East & Africa, ensuring alignment with business and brand strategies to drive engagement and ROI.
He/she provides regional insights into briefs and identifies all necessary integrated marketing activities for campaigns. The role emphasizes maintaining a customer-focused, strategic, and results-driven marketing function that collaborates across departments, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and global teams to advance the global agenda.
Specific Responsibilities
Program Management
- Provide regional insights into global programs.
- Coordinate region-specific marketing programs targeting key markets and audiences, leveraging regional knowledge.
- Plan, manage, execute, and organize multiple marketing campaigns across MEA markets, balancing strategic and tactical objectives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation using tools like Wrike.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Communicate with stakeholders and manage supervisory duties efficiently.
- Set and track KPIs aligned with campaign goals.
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and provide progress reports.
- Create schedules and content calendars, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor program performance and report to leadership.
Contract Marketing
- Develop and deploy 360-degree marketing programs to generate leads.
- Support MEA field sales and collaborate with retail teams for omnichannel activities.
- Manage relationships with local media and regional architect/design communities.
- Gather customer insights and collaborate with sales teams for targeted marketing.
- Partner with global marketing teams for sales materials and account promotion.
- Align marketing strategies with company objectives and product differentiation.
- Coordinate regional translations and provide regional insights to global teams.
Social Media
- Partner with global social marketing teams.
- Develop multi-platform strategies and tactics.
- Manage regional social media content, budget, and analytics.
- Own content calendars and optimize social media tools and platforms.
- Use analytics to guide campaigns and engagement strategies.
- Develop compelling content with creative teams and moderate user interactions.
- Define regional KPIs and continuously improve strategies based on data insights.
MarTech
- Activate and utilize Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing tools.
- Manage marketing lists, campaigns, and data analysis.
- Implement account-based marketing tools and measure ROI.
- Support global marketing processes and utilize analytics for strategy optimization.
Job Holder Requirements
Education and Experience
Essential:
- Degree qualification
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Preferred:
- Additional languages spoken in MEA region
- Experience in global or third-party distribution marketing environments
- Commercial marketing experience
Competencies
Essential:
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
