Based in our Dubai/Abu Dhabi Office, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage logistics and distribution for the MEA region, ensuring timely and secure delivery of equipment and services.

Qualifications

• A degree in commerce/logistics or a diploma in logistics administration.
• Fresh graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of experience in shipping/logistics/order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proven track record to meet demanding deadlines.
• Effective multitasking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely shipment of equipment to fulfil contractual obligations.
• Train on logistics management and required shipment documentation.
• Organize import/export and customs clearance with brokers and forwarders.
• Communicate delivery schedules and updates to Sales Engineers, Operations and Customer Service.
