Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain in a global environment.
• Experience in customer-facing operations.
• Excellent English; French language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply company policies and procedures in day-to-day operations.
• Complete import and export activities per shipping process.
• Monitor en-route security from pickup to delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth movement of Ava shipments.
• Provide high-quality customer service and ongoing improvement suggestions.
• Engage with clients and vendors as the brand ambassador for Ava.
