Job summary

Hitachi Energy L.L.C seeks a Hub Controller, Service MEA, to partner with regional leadership and guide finance and controlling activities across the Middle East and Africa. You will lead a regional team, influence strategic decisions, and shape service growth in multiple countries.

The role requires a strong background in multinational finance, exceptional communication, and proven leadership. Onsite in Dubai, with responsibility for governance and continuous improvement in financial processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong Finance and Controlling experience in multinational environments.
Experience leading regional or geographically dispersed teams.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Hub Manager to drive strategic and operational decisions.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across MEA.
Drive profitability, productivity, and capital efficiency in the Service business.
Provide financial insights to support investments and priorities.
Lead and develop a regional Finance and Controlling team across multiple countries.
