Job summary

Jobtailor in Dubai is seeking a senior Finance & Controlling leader to partner with regional executives, drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

You will build and lead a regional team across multiple countries, influence senior stakeholders, ensure governance and compliance, and push for capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business admin, or related field.
• Experience in multinational environments with strong finance and controlling skills.
• Proven leadership of regional or dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and decision-making.

• Partner with Hub Manager to drive strategic and operational decisions.
