Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR leadership role with responsibility in Middle East and Africa.
• Strong knowledge of labor relations policies, workforce strategies, risk mitigation, and the legal landscape.
• Ability to partner and collaborate across functions and regions to improve outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who can translate plans into phased, executable actions.
• Experience working with senior leadership and influencing decisions across multiple business areas.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, progressive and innovative environment.
• Strong project and program management capability.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic language preferred).

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategy and operating plans with business objectives and regional priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on labor relations, risk mitigation, policy interpretation, and legal/regulatory changes.
• Develop regional staffing strategies and workforce plans to support talent needs.
• Partner with Compensation to design reward and recognition programs.
• Lead succession planning, leadership development, and learning initiatives for key roles.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the region.
• Enhance HR policies, tools, and technology strategies for better service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of global HR policies and coordinate international program integration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on business, talent, and workforce challenges.
