The role reports to the MEA CIO and steers engineering excellence, manages the application portfolio, and collaborates with Business Owners, Product Owners, Architects, and Compliance teams to accelerate value.

You will develop engineering talent, promote DevSecOps practices, and partner with Release Train Engineers to deliver robust solutions in a regulated healthcare environment across Dubai
