Job summary

Givaudan in Dubai invites a Pricing Analyst to join the Fragrances Division. Based in Dubai, you will support pricing strategy across the Middle East & Africa, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and profitability.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Care to drive price negotiations and regional initiatives. The role requires 3–5 years in pricing or business controlling in a B2B environment, strong numerical/analytical skills, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Finance or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in pricing or business controlling in a B2B environment.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills is a must.
• Experience in direct customer interactions and managing stakeholders for pricing negotiations will be an asset.
• Knowledge or experience with SAP or any ERP will be useful.
• A team player and comfortable with diversity.

Responsibilities

• Price maintenance: ensure price revisions and data accuracy in the pricing systems.
• Maintain strict control to prevent any pricing leakages.
• Provide support to the Customer Care team on pricing issues for SAP orders.
• Ensure compliance with the regional and global pricing guidelines.
• Manage constructive partnerships with Sales, Finance, Technical Operations and Customer Care in the pricing process.
• Periodically analyse gross margin and address product cost issues with cross-functional teams.
• Support price negotiations and quotations for key customer agreements.
• Support the implementation of global and regional pricing policies.
