Job summary

Responsibilities

• Full P&L accountability for the MEA Personal Care and Consumer Tissue business.
• Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, key customers and partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract management with distributors and customers.
• Drive customer engagement through market visits and executive relationship management.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and pricing strategies.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and build a high-performing sales team.
