Job Summary

Anunta is seeking an experienced Sales Lead for the MEA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strategic partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Growth and Partnerships:
    • Grow sales revenue from existing partners/channels.
    • Build new partnerships with key players.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Direct Customer Sales:
    • Identify and create opportunities to grow sales from direct customers in the MEA region.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
    • Implement effective sales processes and strategies to drive direct sales.
  3. Operations Management:
    • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal departments to ensure smooth operations.
    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the region.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  4. Market Insights and Offerings:
    • Gather and analyze market insights to identify growth opportunities in new regions.
    • Develop and tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of the MEA market.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on market trends and insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the MEA region.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
