The role of MD / CEO - Facility Management entails leading a facility management division. * Minimum 15-20 years of senior leadership experience in real estate management, property services, and business development. * Proven track record in leading P&L, growing market share, and delivering value to institutional clients in the UAE/GCC. * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering or related field (mandatory); MBA or equivalent (preferred) * Strong knowledge of the UAE regulatory landscape, real estate market dynamics, and service delivery benchmarks. * Proficiency in financial management and operational efficiency. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Strong understanding of FM/PM service operations, technology integration, and performance management.
