Job summary

LEAMS Education is seeking a Mathematics Lead Teacher - Curriculum Support in Dubai to drive curriculum quality and departmental standards across Primary and Secondary figures. You will mentor teachers, observe lessons, and guide planning to ensure consistent, high-quality math instruction.

The role requires UAE education experience, knowledge of British and CBSE curricula, and strong leadership capabilities to advance student outcomes through collaborative coaching and targeted professional

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Mathematics teaching experience.
Previous UAE education experience is required.
Exposure to British curriculum teaching is highly relevant.
Knowledge of CBSE curriculum standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support the Head of Mathematics in improving departmental teaching and learning standards.
Provide practical guidance to Primary and Secondary Mathematics teachers.
Help teachers strengthen subject knowledge, pedagogy, and classroom delivery.
Conduct lesson observations and provide clear developmental feedback.
Identify areas of teaching practice that require additional coaching or support.
Assist teachers in preparing effective daily and weekly lesson plans.
Recommend appropriate instructional strategies for different Mathematics topics and learner needs.
Conduct team-teaching sessions to model effective classroom practice.
Lead and support continuing professional development sessions for Mathematics staff.
Share practical teaching techniques that strengthen reasoning, problem-solving, and student participation.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Mathematics curriculum.
Support alignment with British and CBSE curriculum requirements where applicable.
Review schemes of work to ensure suitable progression and coverage.
Help establish consistent academic expectations across different grade levels.
Monitor classroom implementation of agreed departmental strategies.
Support teachers in differentiating Mathematics instruction for varied student abilities.
