Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective math curricula aligned with educational standards
Support and mentor mathematics teachers
Monitor student performance and provide strategies for improvement
Organize professional development sessions for teachers
Plan departmental activities, assessments, and evaluations
Ensure the availability of teaching resources and materials
Foster a positive learning environment that promotes mathematical thinking
Coordinate school-wide math initiatives and competitions
Minimum Requirements:
Qualified in Mathematics subject area (Bachelor s/Master s degree)
Teaching Diploma or equivalent
Experience teaching grades 1-12 in an international or UAE curriculum setting
IELTS certification (if applicable)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Prior experience in curriculum development and departmental management
