Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Nurse for the Maternity/Postnatal Ward. You will deliver patient-centric nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Essentially, you will identify and manage risks, promote safe care, and contribute to a positive patient experience while supporting ongoing staff development and learning within the ward.

Qualificações

• Provides patient-centric and evidence-based nursing care under supervision of RN.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Contributes to a learning environment for staff development.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quality patient care under RN supervision and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Identify, prevent and manage risks to patient safety per MCME policies and legislation.
• Foster positive patient experiences by creating a conducive care environment.
• Support ongoing learning and competence development among staff.
