Job description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Materials professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver exceptional customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Materials Storekeeper, you will be responsible for receiving, arranging, and issuing all storeroom inventory stock items, as well as maintaining, storing, and issuing items in accordance with established Rotana policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Checking daily, in coordination with the Head Storekeeper, all system-authorized storeroom requisitions for timely preparation and issuance of items.
  2. Preparing all requested items as per authorized system requisitions for timely pickup by the concerned department.
  3. Ensuring proper policy procedures are followed for all stock items received and issued.
  4. Obtaining proper signatories for all storeroom requisition issues from authorized departmental personnel and posting in the system accordingly.
  5. Receiving stock according to the approved order and ensuring proper arrangement of all stock items.
  6. Maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and functional arrangements of storerooms, cold rooms, stocks, and equipment.
  7. Checking and recording Food & Beverage items' expiry dates for follow-up purposes.
  8. Assisting in storeroom inventories and stocktaking as needed.
