Job summary

Genius Consultants is seeking a Store Attendant in Dubai to support production operations. The role requires handling receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, maintaining stock records, and ensuring SOP compliance. You will oversee store activities, dispatch, and invoicing coordination with Accounts.

The candidate should have a Graduate degree and about 13 years of experience in stores or material handling, with basic MS Excel and ERP proficiency. Shift work and extended hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate level education.
• 13 years’ experience in stores, warehouse, or material handling roles.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain stock records and compliance with store procedures.
• Monitor dispatch activities and prepare purchase requisitions for RM/PM/FG.
• Carry out inventory control for FG and plaster machine parts.
• Prepare and forward invoices to Accounts.
