Job Description:

• Initiate and monitor orders and material requirements to support internal customers.
• Manage part allocation, material flow, and shortage management.
• Maintain safety stock levels.
• Handle stock transfers and interplant transfers.
• Resolve delivery risks in the supply chain by sourcing from alternative suppliers.
• Support annual inventory counts.
• Understand the production schedule and communicate impacts within the Supply Chain organization.
• Utilize SAP system to identify opportunities for process improvements using problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Quality, and Engineering for integrated reporting and solutions.
• Lead and participate in making priority decisions for critical material allocation.
• Support logistics and pursue cost reduction opportunities.
• Engage in process improvements using ACE and Lean strategies for accurate inventory and financial reporting.
• Implement root-cause corrective actions to uphold quality standards.
• Commit to EH&S policies and procedures, complete required training, and support EH&S activities.
• Manage excess and obsolete inventory.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of material planning experience.
• Experience with SAP, especially in production and material modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong planning, organizational, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, including suppliers and customers.
• Solid background in manufacturing/materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement principles.
• Self-motivated with a desire for growth and development.
• Ability to meet commitments and resolve conflicting priorities efficiently.
• Results-oriented with a focus on timely issue resolution.
