Summary of the position:
Facilitate the seamless integration of materials and support items into the supply chain process. Analyze and validation of demands, ensuring optimal inventory levels to support flight hour programs, maintenance schedules, special projects, environmental conditions, delivery schedules, and mean time between failure/overhaul considerations.
Coordinate with relevant sections to accurately assess and fulfill material demands from maintenance teams.
Oversee the management of the Prescribed Load List (PLL) / Authorized Stock List (ASL), making adjustments as necessary to prevent shortages or overstocking of spares.
Implement effective tracking mechanisms for spares consumption, collaborating closely with maintenance sections and stores to maintain accurate stock status. Project future requirements for spares and equipment, ensuring proactive measures to meet upcoming demands.
Conduct regular reconciliation with maintenance teams to identify urgent requirements and coordinate with vendors to expedite delivery, minimizing operational disruptions.
