Job Requirement: KBR is seeking a highly skilled Materials and Corrosion Engineer who will be based in KBR Abu Dhabi Operating Center UAE. The candidate will be part of a growing team of Materials & Corrosion Engineers that is supporting various Oil & Gas projects in the Middle East & Africa.
The candidate should have proven experience in Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and/or Detailed Engineering Design (DED) and Concept Select of medium to large scale projects. Good knowledge and understanding of the most prevalent degradation mechanisms in the Oil & Gas Industry and relevant corrosion mitigation strategies. Key responsibilities will include preparation of FEED/Detailed Engineering Design philosophies, Design Basis, Material Selection Reports, Material Selection Diagrams, Corrosion Control Documents, etc. Good knowledge and experience in Cathodic Protection deliverables.
