As a Ford Master Technician, you will be the expert in our workshop, responsible for diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles to the highest factory standards. Key Duties :

3. Quality Assurance : Ensure all repairs meet Ford's strict warranty and safety standards.
4. Mentorship : Act as a mentor, providing support and training to junior technicians to help them develop their skills.
5. Communication : Clearly communicate repair needs and solutions to service staff and customers.
