Master Planner/Urban Designer

• Develop comprehensive urban master plans that address growth, sustainability, and community needs, ensuring a balance between built and natural environments.
• Conduct thorough site analyses using GIS and other tools to assess existing conditions and inform design decisions that enhance urban livability.
• Create and present compelling visual representations of planning concepts, including maps, diagrams, and 3D models, to communicate ideas effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field is required, with a strong academic background in design principles and urban theory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in urban planning or design roles in UAE, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience with sustainable design practices and knowledge of environmental impact assessments to promote eco-friendly urban solutions.
• Proficiency in advanced design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and GIS tools to develop and analyze planning proposals effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential, with additional language proficiency being an advantage for diverse community engagement.
