Job summary

Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE, seeks a skilled Mason to maintain and enhance structural integrity and aesthetics of our facilities. You will work under the Engineering Supervisor, performing masonry, construction, repair, and maintenance tasks with safety and quality at the forefront.

Responsibilities include wall construction, plaster repairs, tiling, and reading shop drawings, while ensuring compliance with building codes and preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certifications in masonry or civil construction are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional masonry or civil technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform masonry work including wall construction, floor work, and structural repairs.
• Repair wall plaster, renderings, and interior/exterior walls with precision.
• Erect new walls and demolish existing walls as directed by supervision.
• Install and maintain wall and floor tiling with quality finishes.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications accurately.
