Master Data Analyst

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality master data within Infor ERP LN and Infor ION environments. This role ensures data integrity, accuracy, and supporting business operations, reporting, and decision-making. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, IT, and business operations, to define data standards, govern data quality, and enhance data management processes.

Additionally, the role involves leveraging Infor ION workflow improvements, ensuring seamless communication between systems. The analyst will also support data governance initiatives, troubleshoot data-related issues, and contribute to process optimization using Infor's capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Streamlining the master data creation process across units.
• Internal control and workflows for master data updating activity.
• Unifying the master data across all locations.
• Monitoring and analyzing master data quality metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Secondary support for finance and logistics during the month end closing.
• Document management role as per the audit committee requirements.
• Support roles for all the ERP related projects and other projects as and when required.
• ERP cleansing reports through BI

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance
• 2 years experience in Infor and ION OS.
• Knowledge of Finance and logistics is a must.
• BI Knowledge and experience in other areas of Infor Ln and ION OS
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of Infor LN and Infor ION OS data structures and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively.
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards.
