Summary

With the recent implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, there is a need to develop expertise within the organization to manage system data. The Master File, which is crucial for data accuracy, must be managed and updated according to established protocols.

Responsibilities

1. Control Master data protocols within the ERP, updating product information systematically.
2. Ensure timely input of new product information and sharing with relevant stakeholders.
3. Identify areas for data quality improvement.
4. Conduct data cleansing to remove outdated, unused, or duplicate data.
5. Develop and implement SOPs for ERP business processes.
6. Maintain accurate inventory organization and reporting, aligning with Finance.
7. Gain expertise in management reporting via Microsoft Dynamics and inform stakeholders about accessible data.
8. Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to develop business dashboards.
9. Participate in projects gathering information for NPD and other data needs.
10. Troubleshoot system errors with technical support, ensuring resolution within SLAs.
11. Review system utilization to maximize process efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators

1. Single Master Data Control point.
2. 100% data accuracy.
3. Resolution of data errors within SLA.

Knowledge, Attitudes, and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in Master Data management.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Power BI is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage master data in industry-standard environments.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong data administration skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
• Supply Chain business acumen is essential.
• Ability to develop reports and analyze data for insights.
