As a Master, you will be responsible for the overall command of offshore vessels and ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compliance of all onboard operations.

Key responsibilities include :

• Commanding offshore vessels in accordance with international maritime regulations and company procedures
• Ensuring safe navigation, vessel maneuvering, and operational performance
• Overseeing crew management, training, and onboard discipline
• Maintaining compliance with client requirements and HSE standards
• Coordinating with onshore teams, clients, and project stakeholders
• Leading emergency response drills and safety briefings

Requirements

Requirements :

• Previous experience as Master on offshore vessels (e.g., AHTS, PSV, DSV, etc.)
• Valid STCW Master certification
• Valid offshore medical certificate
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multicultural crews
• Strong safety mindset and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and availability for international assignments
