Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Handle all guests professionally and courteously, serving as the first impression of the brand.
  2. Perform massage treatments, ensuring personalized service by acknowledging and responding to guest needs and expectations while maintaining their comfort.
  3. Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  4. Be knowledgeable about all treatments and facility offerings.
  5. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas.
  6. Manage treatment bookings and scheduling.
  7. Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, and appearance.
  8. Perform other duties pertinent to this role as assigned.
