Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services in Dubai is seeking a skilled Mason with 3–5 years of experience to join our field teams. Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mason in construction projects.
• Experience in blockwork, plastering, tiling and concrete repair works.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials and site safety practices.
• Physically fit to work in demanding site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform brickwork, blockwork, stonework, plastering, screeding, and concrete repairs as per project requirements.
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and work instructions to ensure accurate execution of masonry works.
• Construct and repair walls, partitions, foundations, pavements, and other structural elements.
• Prepare and mix mortar, cement, and other construction materials.
• Ensure all masonry work is completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other construction trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and report defects, material shortages, or site issues to the supervisor.
