Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of masons on construction projects. This position requires someone with excellent leadership skills, knowledge of masonry techniques, and the ability to complete projects within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
• Ensure that all masonry work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Train and mentor new masons
• Monitor progress and quality of work on various projects
• Order materials and supplies as needed
• Maintain a safe working environment for all workers
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Provide guidance and assistance to masons as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of different masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with team members, project managers, and clients
• Attention to detail in order to ensure quality workmanship
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary

Salary

We offer a competitive salary starting at 1100$ per month.

This position is located in Abu Dhabi.
