Responsibilities

• Perform masonry works including tile fixing, block/brick laying, plastering, and waterproofing as per project requirements.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate base materials for proper installation.
• Accurately measure, cut, and lay tiles ensuring alignment, spacing, and finishing are to high standards.
• Execute block work for walls, partitions, and other structural elements with precision.
• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and partitions ensuring smooth finishes.
• Carry out waterproofing works on wet areas, basements, roofs, and external walls using approved materials and methods.
• Mix and apply cement, mortar, adhesives, and grouts in correct proportions.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure quality workmanship, adherence to drawings/specifications, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow all safety standards and site regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in masonry (tile fixing, block work, plastering, waterproofing) in UAE/GCC construction projects.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and work instructions.
• Skilled in handling different types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, etc.).
