Overview:

We are seeking a MarTech /Growth Engineer to join our growing Growth Engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, engineering, and analytics. If you're a data-driven technologist passionate about scaling high-growth initiatives through cutting-edge marketing infrastructure, this is your opportunity.

Role Overview

As a Level 4 MarTech / Growth Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical contributor responsible for integrating, managing, and optimizing Property Finder’s marketing technology stack. You will collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to design reliable data pipelines, develop personalized user experiences, and build automation that powers measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain tools such as Tealium CDH, Braze, Split.io, GTM, GA4, Firebase, Adjust/Kochava, Supermetrics, Instapage, Zapier, and others.

  • Ensure smooth interoperability between platforms across web, app, CRM, and campaign execution layers.

Data Integration & Governance
  • Integrate 1st-party data from various sources, ensuring consistency, completeness, and compliance with data policies.

  • Build scalable data flows and map event schemas across platforms like CDPs, CRMs, and analytics tools.

  • Maintain robust documentation of data lineage, ownership, and transformations throughout the stack.

Tracking & Attribution
  • Define and manage multi-touch attribution models to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels.

Automation & Enablement
  • Build and manage automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Braze, and internal APIs to streamline campaign operations.

  • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing teams to enable personalized, event-based communications and user journeys.

Insights & Analytics Enablement
  • Analyze behavioral, campaign, and funnel data from MarTech systems to generate insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with data analysts and product managers to develop dashboards and models for marketing decision-making.

Quality & Compliance
  • Establish QA processes to validate implementation, tagging, and data output.

  • Support GDPR/CCPA compliance by aligning with consent management and data access policies.

Qualifications
Must-Have:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex marketing technology stacks in digital-first companies.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Tealium, Braze, Firebase, GTM, Adjust, GA4, and app/web tracking tools.

  • Deep understanding of marketing data architecture, event tracking frameworks, and cross-device identity resolution.

  • Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL, and data payload structures.

  • Experience with mobile tracking (iOS/Android), deeplinking, and remote command configurations.

  • Strong grasp of attribution modeling, user journey tracking, and performance marketing metrics.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; proven success working across marketing, engineering, and product teams.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in PropTech, two-sided marketplaces, or B2B2C platforms.

  • Exposure to warehouse-native CDPs (e.g., Hightouch, Census) or composable MarTech architectures.

  • Familiarity with lead scoring, CRM enrichment, and segmentation logic.

  • Experience implementing Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and privacy-first marketing strategies.

  • Knowledge of generative AI, ML-driven personalization, or campaign optimization.
