Job description

Led brand visibility and engagement strategies across key markets, managing end-to-end campaign execution across social media, CRM, and content in collaboration with creative and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the ELITE Communications Calendar and outbound messaging using SleekFlow.
  2. Liaise with the clienteling team for segmentation and SleekFlow lists.
  3. Send test messages to internal departments.
  4. Copywrite and translate content.
  5. Coordinate with the creative team and brand partners to gather creatives.
  6. Oversee the social media process from planning to execution.
  7. Create monthly content calendars in partnership with agencies.
  8. Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts.
  9. Lead the monthly Elite Picks post.
  10. Coordinate campaign execution with agencies.
  11. Deliver monthly Instagram performance reports.
  12. Serve as the main contact for external partners.
  13. Manage briefs, feedback, and communication with creative agencies and production companies.
  14. Oversee internal feedback and ensure timely delivery.
  15. Lead planning and creative direction for gifting occasions.
  16. Plan and launch shoppable digital catalogs.
  17. Collaborate with brands and internal CRM teams.
  18. Manage UTM links for tracking via Accutics.
  19. Brief styling teams and oversee photoshoots.
  20. Execute campaigns for Ramadan, Festive, and National Day from concept to reporting.
  21. Draft all communications for ELITE.
  22. Gather and utilize customer feedback such as CSAT, NPS, and surveys.
  23. Assist in creating events and branded experiences for VIC members.
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in luxury management.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of clienteling and high-value client engagement.
