Job Description

We are hiring a Marketing Supervisor with proven expertise in the fuel and lubricants industry, both within the UAE and in export markets. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for fuels and lubricants in both domestic (UAE) and international (export) markets.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, international distributors, and partners.
• Collaborate with teams to support business development and customer retention.
• Track performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the fuel and lubricants sector, including both UAE and export markets.
• Proven success in building market presence and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/platforms.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
