Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. If you have a passion for the fuels and lubricants industry and meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for fuels and lubricants in both domestic (UAE) and international (export) markets.
  2. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local clients, international distributors, and partners.
  4. Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to support business development and customer retention.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the fuels and lubricants sector, including both UAE and export markets.
  2. Proven success in building a market presence and driving business growth.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/platforms.
  5. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  6. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
