Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business objectives -lead generation, brand awareness, client retention.
- Align marketing campaigns with the company’s short- and long-term goals.
- Identify and analyze target markets and customer segments.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Recommend strategic positioning based on research findings.
- Monitor economic and sector-specific data especially important in fit-out/FM industries.
- Develop and implement business plans tailored to each sector.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, tenders, and new business prospects.
- Coordinate with marketing to create industry-specific campaigns and branding materials.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in relevant sectors.
- Prepare and present proposals, technical presentations, and pricing offers.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
- Network with real estate agents, interior designers, and facility managers.
- Support the sales team with lead generation tools and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
- Create proposal templates and coordinate bid/pitch marketing strategy common in FM & fit-out sectors.
- Participate in real estate expos and interior fit-out exhibitions.
- Identify office relocation or renovation opportunities.
- Follow ADNOC and other oil & gas group tenders and prequalifications.
- Attend industry summits, procurement forums, and technical workshops.
- Work on ICV submissions, registration, and bid coordination.
- Organize and attend industry events, conferences, and product showcases.
- Plan and manage corporate events, client meetups, and brand launches.
- Use digital channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns) to attract potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline and weekly/monthly reports.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and sales activity.
- Plan and manage content calendars and campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant B2B platforms.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance insights and business objectives.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering with Business Modeling or related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience in B2B industries such as Fit-Out, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Contracting.
- Proven experience running social media campaigns, managing corporate events, and executing lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills tailored to a B2B audience.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
