About The Role

FlylandExpress is seeking an efficient and analytical Marketing Specialist to join the UAE Marketing Team. The team plays a critical role in FlylandExpress’s growth by managing its social media presence in the UAE market. The Marketing Specialist will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful communication launches.

The team fosters a learning environment where you can grow by working closely with global experts.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Testing, measuring, and deciding on new ideas to enhance customer engagement, business results, and system performance.
- Collaborating across teams to understand goals, design communication, launch campaigns, and measure outcomes.
- Managing social media channels and products, maintaining, optimizing, and potentially creating new ones.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Learn technical concepts and streamline execution.
- Deliver value by managing and testing multiple ideas.
- Prove ideas through A/B testing, defining hypotheses, designing frameworks, launching campaigns, and analyzing results.

What you’ll need to succeed:

- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, with a growth mindset.
- Confidence to express ideas and manage stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to learn and improve efficiency.
- Excellent command of Chinese languages (native is a plus).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, statistics, engineering, finance, business administration, or marketing from top universities.
- Background in UAE media.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
