We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of Akaari, a social networking app for licensed real estate agents in the UAE, available on AppStore and as a web platform. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost app downloads and user engagement among real estate agents. • Manage social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with regular posts, Reels, and stories showcasing Akaari’s AI-powered features. • Set up and optimize paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, targeting UAE real estate professionals. • Enhance website SEO and maintain a blog to attract organic traffic. • Analyze campaign performance (installs, registrations, retention) and optimize for higher conversions. • Build partnerships with real estate associations and PropTech events to increase brand visibility. • Presentation of the application in the offices of real estate companies

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably for mobile apps or PropTech/SaaS. • Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase). • Understanding of the UAE real estate market and agent needs. • Strong content creation and communication skills (English required; Arabic or Russian is a plus). • Creative, data-driven, and able to work with a lean budget.
