Alokozay Group of Companies is seeking a creative and results-driven FMCG Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, promote product adoption, and engage consumers. This role involves collaborating with various teams to effectively promote our fast-moving consumer goods, focusing on increasing market share and fostering brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in creating and executing marketing plans aligned with company goals to boost market share, sales, and brand visibility.
  2. Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  3. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, traditional media, and events.
  4. Implement integrated marketing strategies that engage target audiences and strengthen brand loyalty.
  5. Manage brand messaging and positioning to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communications and promotions.
  7. Support new product launches and promotional activities with effective marketing tactics.
  8. Develop and coordinate point-of-sale materials, in-store displays, and promotional events.
  9. Conduct market research to gather insights into consumer needs and preferences.
  10. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, analyzing results to refine future strategies.
  11. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and customer needs.
  12. Partner with external agencies, media, and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
  13. Manage and enhance the brand’s online presence through social media, website content, and email marketing.
  14. Analyze digital marketing metrics and recommend optimizations.
  15. Assist in managing the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  16. Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, focusing on KPIs such as sales growth, ROI, and engagement.
  17. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of UAE experience in FMCG marketing, preferably in brand management or marketing communications.
  3. Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, market trends, and consumer behaviors.
  4. Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  6. Skilled in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO/SEM).
  7. Experience in campaign management, content creation, and brand positioning.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
