Job description

Charterhouse is currently working in partnership with a Financial Services firm, who are looking to hire a dynamic Marketing Specialist to play an instrumental role in elevating the firms digital presence and brand identity within a highly regulated financial environment.

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the firms digital marketing focused initiatives; leading initiatives across SEO, social media, and content development, while ensuring the integrated marketing strategies align with the firms commercial objectives. This role will require optimising the firms website for performance and visibility, managing social media channels to foster engagement, and handling all brand communication to build a credible brand image. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will work closely with the compliance teams, alongside other business teams, to ensure adherence to strict regulatory requirements.

About you

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will hold a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related fields, alongside atleast 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role within a heavily regulated financial environment. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar industry background, coming from either financial brokerage, cryptocurrency or financial trading sectors. An understanding of related technical industry terms, and familiarity with regulatory environments such as ADGM and DIFC would be ideal.

Our client is looking to hire someone with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Figma / Canva, etc., as well as the ability to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional communication skills in English are essential for this role, along with a keen eye for detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
