Our client, a prestigious organization within the arts and culture sector, is currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team.

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the marketing and communications efforts, promoting our diverse range of music and arts programs and events to audiences in the UAE and beyond. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for the arts.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's programs, events, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement, to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and activations, including artist performances, exhibitions, workshops, and conferences.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including program managers, artists, and designers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing communications.
  • Maintain and update website and online platforms with relevant content and information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with media relations activities, including drafting press releases, media pitches, and responses to media inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and communications team, including managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining databases.
