What’s the job?

At Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, we believe every guest experience begins long before check-in — it starts with how they discover us. We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life through engaging storytelling, eye‑catching campaigns, and meaningful connections with our guests and community.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the development and execution of the hotel’s marketing and communication strategies in line with IHG brand standards.
  • Create and manage engaging social media content, highlighting our rooms, dining experiences, events, and CSR initiatives.
  • Coordinate promotional materials such as posters, flyers, menus, e‑newsletters, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with F&B, Sales, and Revenue teams to promote offers, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
  • Manage digital marketing and online presence — website updates, SEO, email campaigns, and online reviews.
  • Coordinate and/or execute photo/video shoots, media visits, and influencer collaborations to strengthen the hotel’s brand image.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives maintain brand consistency and visual quality.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital communications, preferably within hospitality or a similar service industry.
  • Creative mindset with strong writing, design, and digital content skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, Canva/Adobe Suite, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • A team player with passion for storytelling, brand building, and hospitality.
