Overview

The Role Objective of the Role : The Marketing Specialist will lead and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies for a multibrand fashion and lifestyle concept store. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital, in-store, PR, influencer, and traditional channels. The primary goal is to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, store traffic, and sales through integrated, data-driven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop annual and seasonal marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals.
  • Build integrated promotional calendars in coordination with merchandising and retail cycles.
  • Forecast, manage, and optimize marketing budgets.
  • Identify market trends and leverage customer insights to inform campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Lead full 360° campaign execution across digital, social, influencer, PR, in-store, and traditional media.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute traffic-driving promotions, events, and partnerships.
  • Support in-store activations and seasonal marketing to enhance customer experience.
  • Retail Integration: Align marketing initiatives with retail and merchandising strategies, product launches, and store cycles.
  • Support visual merchandising and seasonal storytelling across physical store touchpoints.
  • Lead CRM-driven campaigns to boost customer retention and loyalty.
  • Track store performance metrics including footfall, conversion, and sales to measure campaign impact.
  • Content, PR & Partnerships: Oversee content creation for digital, social, and in-store platforms.
  • Manage PR and influencer collaborations, including seeding and partnership activations.
  • Establish brand collaborations and local partnerships to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely execution.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign metrics, and retail impact.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Continuously improve campaign effectiveness using data, customer behavior insights, and performance trends.
Requirements
  • Experience & Education: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical & Professional Skills: Proven experience developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR, and in-store channels.
  • Strong experience with PR, influencer marketing, CRM, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in campaign planning, content creation, and vendor management.
  • Deep understanding of retail cycles, visual merchandising, and consumer behavior.
  • Key Competencies: Hands-on, proactive, and versatile marketing generalist.
  • Analytical thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a clear focus on retail KPIs and sales performance.
