The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro-business customers in managing their finances through expert advice and a full suite of specialist products and services in both conventional and Shari’ah compliant banking. Position Overview

We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to ensure they are managed in line with the standards
• Provide support to the line manager and the department as needed
• Manage projects within agreed timelines and processes for successful rollout
• Assist with marketing activities for assigned customer accounts and reconcile actual versus planned activities
• Ensure activities are within budget and follow standard operating procedures
• Execute routine monthly communications such as statements and newsletters
• Write marketing briefs, coordinate with agencies, negotiate fees, and ensure timely delivery of jobs
• Manage end-to-end execution of product stands/kiosks, including installation, dismantling, and collateral management
• Proactively deliver weekly status updates to the line manager
• Ensure timely and accurate information sharing with other departments like Finance
• Work with external suppliers to deliver marketing activities and manage supplier relationships
• Support the rollout of marketing campaigns and review creative materials to ensure brand standards are met

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in a reputable organization
• Bachelor’s Degree; a Diploma in Marketing and Advertising is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
